Sweet bajji
About recipe :
Sweet bajji is an Indian traditional sweet recipe, and is deep fried food, which is prepared by wheat flour, sugar, milk. actually milk is optional for this recipe. I have added little bit because It helps us to get bajji smooth, also it will add nice flavor to bajji. although you can make it without milk.
It has various sweet versions in different regions. and some are using rice flour with wheat flour. here I have prepared with only wheat flour, it consists only few ingredients, but it is delicious bajji which can be prepare in short time, and loved by kids especially.
Do not forget to add cardamom powder to bajji batter, because this will add good flavor to bajji. also do not make batter too thin as it will absorb more oil although taste would not be fine, make sure the batter consistency is not too thick or not too thin, it should be little tight consistency.
This is also called as sweet bonda and wheat flour bajji snacks which are Usually served for evening snacks. and I have shown below step by step of recipe, that will help you too prepare it easily at your home. you can follow more recipes like

How to make sweet bajji (wheat flour bajji) :
Preparing bajji batter :
Step 1 - In a mixing bowl add one bowl of wheat flour, also sieve flour to remove dust particles before you add to bowl.
Step 2 - Add pinch of salt, and pinch off cooking soda, 1/2 spoon cardamom powder to the flour, and combine all of them.
Step 3 - Further more, Add 1/4 bowl sugar to flour then combine well. if you would like to eat more sweet, you can taste it and add more sugar as required to your taste.
Step 4 - Add 1/4 bowl milk, to the flour, and add required water gradually to make bajji batter. it should not be too tight, or too thin. prepare bajji batter with perfect consistency.
Frying sweet bonda / bajji :
Step 1 - In a fry pan add required oil to fry bajji, heat till it gets hot enough.
Step 2 - Once oil ready for deep fry. slid small round shape batter into hot oil. make all
in a same size
Step 3 - Fry them on medium flame, till they get golden brown color, Once done transfer them to serving bowl. then enjoy tasty snacks.

1 Firstly, take one mixing bowl and add one bowl of wheat flour , sieve and add flour to the mixing bowl.
2 Then add pinch of salt & pinch of cooking soda to the bowl, and combine them once.
3 Next, Next add 1/4 spoon of cardamom powder, add 1/4 bowl sugar to flour. then Add 4-5 spoons of milk and combine all.
5 Batter should not be too thin, too tight. batter should be form a round shape to slid easily in oil.
if it is too thin it will not from as ball shape and also it will absorb more oil. so it should have little tight consistency to prevent to absorb more oil.
6 Drop batter in hot oil, keep the flame on medium. do not fry on high flame, it will get fry inside properly. but it will get change color to brown out side in short time.
7 Deep fry bajji till get light brown color, once they fried and get changed color to golden brown color. transfer them to serving bowl.
8 Then ready to serve sweet bajji, enjoy sweet bonda at evening snacks time.

2 Salt - 1 pinch
3 Cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
4 Cooking soda - 1 pinch
5 Sugar - 1/4 bowl
6 Milk - 5 tea spoons
7 Water - required to make batter
8 Oil - required for deep fry
Instructions to follow :
- Take 1 bowl of wheat flour, add to the mixing bowl and sieve flour before you take to make bajji.

- Add 1/4 bowl sugar to flour then combine well. if you want more sweet, add more sugar.
- Next add 1/4 bowl of milk, then add required water gradually to make bajji batter. it should not be too tight, too thin. prepare bajji batter with perfect consistency.
- Then, heat pan and add required oil for deep fry. keep the flame on medium. check whether oil ready for deep fry by adding small amount of batter to the oil, if its come up immediately, it ready to deep fry.
- Once oil ready for deep fry. slid small round shape batter into hot oil. make all in a same size
- Fry them on medium flame, till they get golden brown color, Once done transfer them to serving bowl. then enjoy tasty snacks.
